Systematic growth of output and special equipment level of difficulty permanently required mastering of new kinds of manufacture and engineering procedures. This was hampered by the limited working areas in the city center. That’s why in 1964 first line of the Subsidiary ¹ 1 was built and set in operation in the outskirts of Kiev (at that time – Korchevatoye village).
Originally the Subsidiary ¹ 1 comprised blank production and woodworking manufacture, as well as warehousing. Then were established: a precise metals’ and plastics’ casting workshop, manufacture of articles made from high-frequency radio-ceramics, stamping and mechanical manufactures. Finally all this provided for the possibility of creation in the Subsidiary ¹ 1 of the closed production cycle, including automatic assembly manufacture of the consumer goods – consumer recorders.
The famous portable reel-to-reel recorders “MRIYA” produced in quantity by the Subsidiary ¹ 1 in the 1960th were replaced by the family of popular up to the 1990th stereophonic reel recorders “JUPITER” – one of the best in the USSR. For its high technical characteristics and quality “JUPITER-202-STEREO” recorder was rewarded with Gold medal of the National economy achievements exhibition and State quality mark.
Due to the modern casting, stamping and blank production manufacture, the Subsidiary ¹ 1 has always been one of the most important production basis of the main plant of the modern sophisticated special purpose equipment articles – radar homing heads, aircraft radars, etc. 21.
Currently on the main type of production of the Subsidiary ¹ 1 are gas domestic equipment for heating and hot water supply (AOGV and AOGVP), as well as gas-control compact domestic PGShchM-10 and devices for cold bending of steel pipes with diameter up to 2 inches UGT-1. Devices AOGVM (compact, flue), AOGV (flue) and AOGVP (notflue, parapet) are installed in leaving premises of private houses, public and other purposes buildings. They provide for economical use of gas fuel.
Devices are manufactured with heat power 8, 10, 12.5 kW (ÀÎGVÌ), 20, 30, 50 kW (ÀÎGV) also using Italian-made safety and control automatics (“Evrosit”). AOGVP devices are manufactured with rated heat power 7, 10 and 12 kW. Gas supply can be made either from right or left side. They also designed for heating and hot water supply. Manufacture of the ÀÎGVÌ, ÀÎGV and ÀÎGVP devices are certified accordingly.
