In 2004-2005, on the base of the Subsidiary production unit«Galvanotechnika» the modern production of printed circuit boards and galvanic plating is created, providing design of topology of printed circuit boards; production of single-, two-sided and multilayer boards of 3, 4, 5 class of difficulty.
Urgent making of pre-production models, small- and large-serial, serial manufacture: chemical milling; production of keyboards; making of stencils for soldering pastes; production of flexible printing cables; decorative and protective galvanic platings of details from nonferrous and ferrous metals, aluminium and its alloys, metallization of wares from ÀÂS-plastics.
Production has the Certificate of approval of manufacture, given out by State Department of Aviation Transport dated February, 04 2004.

Printing plates
|
Electroplate workshop manufactures: protective-decorative copper-nickel-chrome plating of the ABS-plastic parts; three-layers copper-nickel-chrome shining plating of the steel and brass parts; metal plating of aluminium parts to impart special qualities to them; tin-bismuth alloy plating of steel, copper and copper alloys’ parts (for soldering); oxide chemical plating of zink-aluminium-copper parts (appearance of oxide oiled black-colored parts); oxide chemical plating of parts aluminium and magnesium parts (yellow color coating – is a good sublayer for lacquer coatings); liquid enamel various colors’ paints application on steel and aluminium parts.
